Shipping

If you think the shipping in your country costs too much we’re here to discuss it with you and find a
solution. Don’t hesitate to send us your opinion at info@azirat.com

Important Note: For countries outside EU the customs duties and taxes that may occur are covered by
the recipient. This rule includes UK & Switzerland.

Athens: €3 / Rest of Greece €4 / For orders above €100.00: Free

European Union / Express Shipping: €30.00

All orders within Athens will be shipped via courier within 1-3 days after being confirmed, rest of Greece
within 1-5 days.

For any issues/questions regarding your order, before or after delivery, feel free to contact us and we
will get back to you as soon as possible.

Returns

Contact us for any orders received that might not be as described in your order, and we will cover all
additional fees that might come up to ensure all orders meet the required standards (replacing damaged
goods or any products delivered that might not match your order).

Size exchanges or defective items are only accepted for exchange within 10 days from shipment is
received. Make sure you notify info@azirat.com . Items must be in as-new condition with receipt.

Cancelations

Did you change your mind?

You have the right to cancel your purchase and receive a full refund within 14 days, for any reason and without any justification.

Also you can cancel your order before it ships.

Be careful not to remove tags or any accessories: we do not accept returns for products that do not have them

Customers from Greece can pay on delivery (αντικαταβολή, €1,20).

2. DEPOSIT INTO A BANK ACCOUNT

You can pay for your order via bank deposit or web-banking, please do not forget to fill in your name or
your order number on the proof of payment
