Contact us for any orders received that might not be as described in your order, and we will cover all
additional fees that might come up to ensure all orders meet the required standards (replacing damaged
goods or any products delivered that might not match your order).
Caution: Please carefully read the product descriptions and follow the care instructions provided on our website. Our clothing often features delicate details such as rhinestones, which require special handling. We cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by improper care or failure to adhere to the recommended washing guidelines. However, the AZIRAT team is always here to help so if you encounter any issues, please don’t hesitate to email or DM us.
Size exchanges or defective items are only accepted for exchange within 10 days from shipment is
received. Make sure you notify info@azirat.com . Items must be in as-new condition with receipt.
Cancelations
You can cancel your order only before it ships!
In any case make sure you notify info@azirat.com using your order number and name.
Be careful not to remove tags or any accessories: we do not accept returns for products that do not have them.
